Students can enjoy the learning experience with the gamification features of Bahamas Learning Portal.
Students will be able to compete with friends to earn points.
This will work as follows:
How do I earn points?

Login: Each successful login within a 60 minute period awards the user 10 points.
Multiple successful logins within a
60 minute will still be treated as a single login and will only garner 10 points.

Test: Each successful completion of a test will award the user with 50 points.
A successful repeat and completion of a test will award the user with 20 points.
A successful completion of a test on the first try awards the user 20
points in addition to the 50 points awarded as stated above.

Unit: Successful completion of a single Unit will award the user with 100 points.
This is a one-time award and will not be granted even if the user repeats the Unit.

Communication: each comment within a discussion awards the user 5 points.
Each comment on a topic or content will award the user 10 points.
